This shift not only changed educational delivery but also magnified digital inequalities. Combining personal anecdotes with academic research, I assess the challenges and adaptations needed during this unprecedented time.

This document is a research paper that I authored during my final year of studies at King's University College. The primary objective of this paper was to showcase the knowledge and insights that I acquired during my time at King's, with a particular emphasis on the teachings of Dr. John Drew.
The main focus of this research paper is to analyze and expound upon intricate theories and concepts regarding the influence of social media on children and youth. It also delves into the ways in which we, as individuals, are being manipulated by these platforms.

This document represents a research paper that I composed during the final year of my academic pursuit at King's University College. Education Business Report/Proposal
This document constitutes a business research report that I authored for my workplace writing class. The objective of this report was to investigate an issue of significance to our organization. In furtherance of this objective, our research entailed conducting an in-person interview with an expert in the field relevant to our topic.
In this report, I advanced the proposition that it would be beneficial to incorporate several classes focused on theories of mental health and techniques for improving one's own mental health within the Grade 9 Physical Education curriculum.

YMAP Healthy Eating Presentation
As previously stated in my resume, I was employed at the YMCA, where I served in the capacity of a staff member for the YMAP after-school program. As part of my responsibilities, I was tasked with identifying a challenge that youth often encounter and devising an educational class to enlighten them on the matter.

Through my presentation, I was able to surpass the expectations of my colleagues and the students themselves. This demonstration of my competence and effectiveness highlighted the pivotal role that I played in the success of the YMAP program and in the lives of the youth people whom we served. It is noteworthy to mention that subsequent to my presentation, a class discussion and a Kahoot session ensued.
